Laguna Beach will be holding a public workshop tonight, Tuesday March 3 2015.
The meeting will focus on a proposed Fuel Modification Project for the Nyes/Oro Canyons,
The meeting will be at 6:30pm at the Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
Chambers are located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The project would result in approximately 50% thinning of the existing vegetation canopy, and includes removal of invasive pampas grass which has colonized along the drainages at the bottom of the canyons.
During the meeting, staff will provide detailed project information, answer questions, and listen to any concerns.
