The City of Laguna Beach is reporting traffic delays on Coast Highway Right
Now.
The South Bound number two Lane of the 300- 500 Block of Coast Highway is closed.
Expect traffic delays until 3:00pm.
This traffic delay is due to Cal Trans work.
