FAM is expanding their Job Readiness Program!
As you may know there are new shopping areas opening locally: The Outlets at San Clemente and the new shops on Camino de Estrella.
Hundreds of employees are needed to staff 70 stores and 12 restaurants.
FAM is providing Pre-Job-fair Readiness Workshops at FAM with one- on-one coaching and mock interviews!
FAM will help applicants discover exactly what’s needed to land a position.
FAM will help create resumes and job history documents.
By the time The Outlets at San Clemente job fairs take place local residents will be prepared as much as possible so that they will be the ones to land these local jobs.
