The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday October 28 2015 at 6:00pm.
The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located on the following streets.
The Laguna College of Art and Design is seeking Laguna Beach City approval to develop new campus facilities.
The Laguna Beach Planning Commission will consider a Conditional Use Permit and a Planning Commission Design Review and Coastal Development to modify existing Laguna College of Art + Design campus facilities and provide new classroom, gallery and ancillary space at an existing multi-tenant commercial development (2825 Laguna Canyon Road).
Design Review is required for parking lot restriping and exterior building modifications.
This project is one component of a Laguna College of Art + Design master plan to modify campus facilities.
An Initial Study with a determination of a Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for the master plan and adopted by the Planning Commission on July 8, 2015.
