The Laguna Beach Design Review Board meets Thursday January 14 2016 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
Review and Discussion of various development projects on various streets in Laguna Beach.
The Montage Resort requests a Coastal Development Permit for Resort Modifications.
Modifications include a new roof with skylights over the Mosaic Restaurant dining patio, a 1,888 square-foot main pool deck addition with a 1,888 square-foot storage room below, thirty gas burning fire pits some with landscape screening for private hotel room patios and one community gas burning fire pit.
