The Laguna Beach Library is hosting a Heartfulness Workshop for Parents and Caregivers Wednesday February 3 2016.
The program is at 11:00am until 12:00pm.
Laguna Beach Library is located at 363 Glenneyre Street.
The Heartfulness Workshop is Presented by LBUSD Early Learning Specialist Sandee Bandetinni.
Parents are encouraged to attend this workshop immediately after 10:30 Storytime.
Sandee Bandetinni can provide parents with tools and resources that promote happy and healthy families and offer tips for School Readiness.
While your child is participating in a craft activity, you’ll have an opportunity to speak to Sandee and learn some simple tips for practicing and teaching ‘heartfulness’ with your children.
Sandee will give children and parents tools and resources to help them self regulate and identify feeling states, as well as, promote acts of kindness and compassion with self and others.
Take this opportunity to speak with an early childhood expert about any concerns or questions you might have regarding your child.
This program is free.
