No composer conjures up the greatest pinnacles of musical achievement more than Beethoven.
No matter the genre, Beethoven revolutionized it, throwing down the gauntlet for all who followed.
In this program, Jennifer Koh and Shai Wosner pair two of Beethoven’s magnificent heroic-period sonatas for violin and piano with the world premiere of a newly commissioned work by California-born, New York-based composer Anthony Cheung inspired by Beethoven’s sound world.
It’s a program that will leave you feeling energized and elated, and remind you that Beethoven knows no boundaries when it comes to inspiring creators and audiences alike.

Prices : $10-15 all day with slight increases on weekends and holidays.
Meters:
The City of Laguna Beach has ample metered parking on Laguna Canyon Road and within the city streets.
Meters Pricing:
$2-3 per hour for a 3 hour maximum in the downtown area.
The meters accept most credit cards.
Parking is strictly enforced daily from 8:00am-9:00pm.
