The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday March 16 2016 at 6:00pm.
Laguna Beach Short Term Lodging/Vacation Rentals will be discussed at The Planning Commission Meeting.
The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located on the following streets.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
Laguna Beach Work Live Artists Studios
Laguna College of Art + Design Parking.
Laguna College Art of + Design Sign Permit.
Laguna Beach Short Term Lodging/Vacation Rentals.
Discussion will include a prohibition on short-term-lodging in residential zones, additional standard conditions and requirements for short-term lodging permits in commercial zones, and grandfathering of existing short-term lodging permits.
The Planning Commission will also discuss the concepts of home exchanges and home sharing in its consideration of the changes proposed to the ordinance.
