Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is hosting a Meditating in Nature Hike Sunday March 20 2016.
Hike is from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
Relax in nature.
Enjoy a short walking meditation ( 1/2 Mile)
breathing and energization exercises
and sitting meditation.
Bring a blanket and a pillow and dress in layers.
No experience necessary.
Ages 16 and up.
