Garden Fusions is a unique interactive gourmet dining experience.
Every dinner has a horticulture theme featuring a special horticultural host.
The host will share knowledge and advice on the evening’s topic.
Chef Pascal Olhats, Executive Chef of Cafe Jardin, is challenged to create a multi-course gourmet dinner to complement the theme.
This fusion between culinary and horticulture art create unique one-of-a-kind experiences.
As cocktail gardens have grown more popular, the happy-hour repertoire is expanding well beyond the classic sprig of spearmint for juleps and mojitos and into the realm of refreshing homegrown blackberry cocktails and summer drinks garnished with edible dianthus petals and frilly little marigolds.
Join Horticulture Host Carol Younger as she demonstrates how to create an easy backyard cocktail garden and shares how you can raise the bar with garden-fresh ingredients that transform cocktails into signature drinks.
Horticulturist and avid foodie Kelly Green will present a tableside demonstration on how to use fresh ingredients to infuse alcohol.
Guests will taste Kelly’s homemade lemon, grapefruit and orangecello during dessert.
