The Laguna Beach Design Review Board meets Thursday August 11 2016 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:

Review and Discussion of various development projects on various streets in Laguna Beach.

680 CATALINA STREET (SCANDIA REALTY GROUP)
The applicant requests design review and a coastal development permit to construct a 2,157 square-foot single-family residence with 1,034 square feet of attached garage area [(2) two-car garages] in the R-1 (Residential Low Density) zone.
Design review is required for the new structure (major remodel including additions and exterior demolition greater than 50%), excess covered parking, elevated decks (648 square feet), air conditioning unit and landscaping.
A revocable encroachment permit is required to construct and maintain stairs and walls within the street plan area (Catalina Street).
This is a re-noticed hearing.
