Festival of the Arts Festival Runway Fashion Show is Saturday August 13 2016.
The Festival of Arts is known for putting on truly unique and imaginative events, and for the seventh year in a row, Festival artists are making fashion their medium at Festival Runway Fashion from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
Just like TV’s “Project Runway,” see who’s IN and who’s OUT this year as Festival artists compete to create the most inspired couture using reclaimed, reused, or recycled materials.
The event will be hosted by actress Joely Fisher.
Selecting the winners will be a panel of judges including supermodel Kim Alexis.
Competing for the top prize are Festival exhibitors Hedy Buzan, Bradley Elsberry, Elizabeth McGhee, Adam Neeley, Marianna Nelson, Casey Parlette, Tashia Peterman, John Repka, Sahar Saljooghi, N.C. Swan and John Tolle.
During the show, The Artists Fund at Festival of the Arts will be presenting its Art-to-Go Shoe Show Silent Auction.
More than fifty original works of art, including many footwear-themed pieces, will be available with bids starting at up to half off retail value.
The Festival of the Arts (FOA) is one of the nation’s oldest and most highly acclaimed juried fine art shows.
The Festival of the Art pieces are by 140 of Orange County’s finest artists.
The Festival of the Arts is July 5 2016 thru August 31 2016.
