Cardiff Reef is at San Elijo State Beach is located at 2050 S Coast Hwy 101 in Cardiff in San Diego County.
Cardiff Reef is on the south end of the campground where the cliffs end.
Parking is available at the San Elijo State Beach Ranger Station.
There is Street Parking on Pacific Coast Highway. Please obey all traffic rules for your safety.
