Evaluations of alterations to historic structures
Requests to place structures on the Historic Register
Recommendations of properties for Mills Act contracts
Proposed Discussion Items:
465-477 Forest Avenue- The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee: 1) review and provide recommendations to the Planning Commission for alterations to a “K”-rated structure listed on the City’s Historic Register; and 2) consider upgrading the historic rating to allow for a 75% historic parking reduction.
