The Laguna Beach Arts Commission meets Monday March 12 2018 at 5:30pm.
The Laguna Beach Arts Commission will be meeting at Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
Laguna Beach City Council Chambers are located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.

Proposed Discussion Items Include:

Laguna Art Museum – Art and Nature 2018 – Discuss and approve a performance art installation by Elizabeth Turk at Main Beach from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

985 North Coast Highway (Hotel Joaquin) – Art in Public Places – Discuss and approve the installation of “Shaw’s Cove Wildflower” by Sage Vaughn to satisfy the Art in Public Places requirement.

935 Laguna Canyon Road – Temporary Mural Installation – Discuss and approve a mural installation titled “Goddesses” by Charmaine Olivia and Alec DeMarco for temporary exhibition on the exterior of the Sawdust Art Festival.

2018 Banner Competition – Review submissions and depending on submissions discuss and approve the selection of up to four designs.

Cultural Arts Funding Applications – Review application requests and recommend allocation of funds for City Council approval.
