Canadians in Orange County are celebrating 151 years of Confederation since the signing of the British North America Act on July 1st, 1867, created the Dominion of Canada.

Bring the whole family, and tell your friends about this fun summer event!
Wear your favorite Canadian tee shirt, ball cap, or just wear some RED and WHITE!
Show your Canadian pride to kick off this long weekend with all Americans!

Tickets are Online for Canada Day at The Beach 2018

Adults 18 + are $10.00 and Children 17 and under are $5.00

Alcohol Waiver: You are welcome to openly enjoy the beer or wine you bring to the event.

Canada Day at The Beach 2018 Schedule

11:00am: Event opens – Come see us at the registration table under the white tent
Stop by under the big shade tarp for beverages while supplies last

11:30am:Opening remarks, including a few words from James Villeneuve, Consul General of Canada

12:00pm-2:00pm: Grills open for barbequing

2:00pm-5:00pm: Contests/Activities

5:00pm: Event closes*

10:00pm: Park closes

* Doheny State Beach closes at 10:00 PM and you are welcome to stay and use the grills and park facilities until then.
However they will be tearing down the event shortly after 5:00pm, so we too can kick back and enjoy the park.

Items To Bring

Whatever you would like to grill on a coal fired barbeque!
Your favorite beer or wine*
Paper plates, napkins and utensils
Drinks and snacks
Blankets, towels, and folding chairs
Warmer cloths for the evening
* The permit only allows for beer or wine. Please enjoy responsibly.

Doheny State Beach Parking

Parking fees are charged for motorized vehicles only.
There is no charge if you walk (parking elsewhere locally) or ride a bike into the park.
All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fees are payable in cash or credit card (but not American Express).

$2.00 per vehicle, per hour metered parking in main parking lot
$15.00 per vehicle (day-use fee)
$14.00 per vehicle (senior day-use fee)
