San Clemente Public Hearings
204 La Paloma: A request to allow a 218 square foot addition to an existing non-conforming, single-family residence, with the continuation of a 3-foot 6-inch non-conforming side yard setback. The proposed project is an addition to an existing structure that will not increase the floor area by 50-percent or more.
323 Calle Neblina: A request to allow modification of a non-conforming single-family residence and to allow a minor exception for a small addition to maintain the non- conforming side yard setback. The proposed project will not increase the floor area of the existing structure by 50-percent or more.
