The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday February 20 2019 at 6:00pm.
The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located within Laguna Beach.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
305 Forest Avenue: New Mediterranean Restaurant
1101-1103 South Coast Highway: Expand an existing men’s barber shop into the adjacent tenant space in order to provide clients with cryotherapy services
881-883 South Coast Highway: To subdivide an existing split-zoned, developed parcel located in the C-1 (Local Business District) Zone and R-3 (Residential High Density) Zone into two separate parcels comprised of one commercial lot and one residential lot
1233 Laguna Canyon Road: To determine that the property reconfiguration is consistent with the General Plan
