Join the crew to help raise sail, handle lines, and steer the ship, or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the majesty of sailing the seas aboard a tallship.
A tallship is a large traditionally rigged sailing vessel.
Popular modern tall ship rigs include topsail schooners, brigantines, brigs and barques.
The Ocean Institute maintains two tall ships.
The Brig Pilgrim and the Spirit of Dana Point.
They are accurate replica of a 1770’s privateer used during the American Revolution.

$50/Senior (55 & up) and Active Duty Military (ID required)
$40/Child (12 and under; minimum age 4)
Members receive a 10% discount.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
