The Laguna Beach Arts Commission meets Monday September 9 2019.

The Laguna Beach Arts Commission will be meeting at Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
Laguna Beach City Council Chambers is located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the Arts Commission advise City Council about matters pertaining to artistic and aesthetic aspects of the City.
This includes rules and regulations necessary for the administration and preservation of fine arts, performing arts, and aesthetic aspects of the community.
Members of the Arts Commission serve two-year terms.

Proposed Discussion Items Include:

180 North Coast Highway, Temporary Mural (Starbucks) – Discuss and approve a temporary mural installation by Timothy Robert Smith

417-425 South Coast Highway, Temporary Mural (Hotel Laguna) – Discuss and approve a temporary installation by Wyland and a video projection by Roark Gourley

340 Saint Ann’s Drive Mural Extension – Discuss and approve extending an existing permanent mural “Coastline to Canyon” by Mike Tauber

Arts & Economic Prosperity Report – Overview of on-line survey taken by arts organizations

Village Entrance Art in Public Places – Update verbal report
