Dana Point Festival of the Whales Parade is Saturday March 7 2020

The parade begins at 10:00am.

The Parade begins at a new route in Dana Point Harbor.

Parade Begins at: Dana Drive on the island side of Island Way

Parade Procession:

Proceeds over the Island Way Bridge

Right on Dana Point Harbor Drive

Parade Ends: Golden Lantern and Dana Point Harbor Drive

Laguna Beach Free Coastal Trolley
You can ride the Free Laguna Beach Coastal Trolley to Dana Point’s Salt Creek Beach and transfer to a OCTA Bus or call a Lyft to Dana Point Festival of Whales Festivities.

Festival of the Whales Harbor Shuttles at 10:00am-4:00pm
Shuttles in the Harbor from Doheny State Beach to the Ocean Institute

There are multiple parking lots throughout the Festival.

Some of these lots fill earlier than others, but ALL lots are serviced by the FREE shuttle.

Park free for up to 4 hours in most Dana Point Harbor Lots.
Dana Point Harbor is located at 34624 Golden Lantern Street in Dana Point California.

Please remember, 4 hours maximum in these lots.
All parking lots are monitored by Orange County Sheriff’s Department so please do check your watch when you park and keep an eye on the time.
No matter where you park the FREE shuttle services all event locations.

Park at Doheny State Beach ALL day or for only $3.00 per hour each weekend of the Festival.

If you wish to take advantage of this pricing please visit the automated pay machines located in the parking lots.

Dana Point Water Taxi

Daily service during the Festival will be offered between Dana Wharf and the Ocean Institute from 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Round trip tickets are $5.00 per person.
Park and ride and take in all the great sights from the water!
Your captain will share interesting facts and features about the Dana Point area and it’s fascinating history.
