Dana Point Cancels 4th of July 2020 Fireworks Celebration

The City of Dana Point cancelled their annual 4th of July (2020) Fireworks Celebration in Dana Point Harbor.
California has experienced a surge in COVID-19 cases since the Memorial Day (2020) Holiday weekend.
Cancelling large gatherings will help slow the spread of COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

UPDATE on July 1 2020 at 3:30pm: The City of Dana Point on their Facebook Announced: We are disappointed to announce the cancelation of the fireworks show this year.
It was a very difficult decision, and we appreciate your patience.
The show is one of our community’s favorite traditions and the City will be working to reschedule when its safe to do so.”

Dana Point 4th of July Weekend 2020

Doheny State Beach Park 4th of July 2020 Hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm
You can walk into the Park for Free.
Please remember that no firecrackers or fireworks are permitted in the park, and alcoholic drinking is prohibited.
Doheny State Beach is located at 25300 Dana Point Harbor Drive in Dana Point.
