The Seal Beach City Council decided on July 1 2020 to close the City Beaches to discourage large gatherings during the COVID19 pandemic.

Friday July 3 2020 at 6:00am: All Seal Beach (Beach) Parking Lots Will Be Closed
(1st Street, 8th Street, and 10th Street)
Friday July 3 2020 at 10:00pm: Closures at Seal Beach Beaches/Seal Beach Pier/Seal Beach Pier Restrooms/Seal Beach Tot Lot Playground/Seal Beach Volleyball Courts/Seal Beach Beach Amenities
Sunday July 5 2020 at Sunrise: Seal Beach Beach Closures will be Reopened
The City may elect to keep these areas closed until further notice
