Dana Point Niguel Shores Restoration Project
The Niguel Shores Restoration of Phase I Standard Revetment Project (Project), located in Dana Point, California, aims to reconstruct an existing revetment originally constructed in the late 1960s.
This revetment, located between Salt Creek Beach and Strand Beach, was designed to stabilize a slope near several homes.
The Project involves reassembling existing boulders within the previously restored revetment area and repairing access ramps and stairs.

Denying Hills for Everyone (HFE) appeal from the Planning Commission’s October 25, 2023, approval of Planning Application PA22-0017 would allow the applicant, Ecology Auto Parts to occupy three contiguous sites totaling 4.58 acres within a 19-acre site for vehicle and equipment storage, located at 1281 Brea Canyon Road (Project Site), in the Fourth Supervisorial District.
