There will be a public meeting tonight, Monday October 27 2014 to discuss the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station decomissioning.
The NRC is desiring the public to attend. They want public engagement.
This meeting will be held in Carlsbad at Omni La Costa.
The address is 2100 Costa Del Mar Road.
Doors open at 5:00pm
Event is from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and answer questions on the PSDAR. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff will also accept written comments from the public on those questions that cannot be answered during the public meeting.
