The alternative to the crowded Oaks and Brooks Street Halloween festivities is Short Street.
607 Short Street will feature lots of scary Halloween activity.
The usual Halloween Zone of Oaks and Brooks area between Catalina and Temple Terrace will be closed down to auto traffic between 5:00pm and 10:00pm.
