Casa Romantica offers Casa Wellness Yoga today Wednesday November 12 2014 at 9:00am. Casa Romantica is located at 415 Avenida Granda in San Clemente.
Inspired by multiple yoga traditions as well as contemporary styles of yoga and movement modalities, this class will offer a blend of various disciplines to create a unique, integrated practice customized to the level of practitioners that are present.
Primary focus of the class will be placed on breath, body and movement awareness, self discovery and community connection.
This class is suitable for the first time and seasoned yoga practitioner both!
Yoga mats are not available.
Classes start at 9AM.
Cost: $5 General Admission/ Free for Members
