The San Clemente Planning Commission meets tonight, Wednesday November 19 2014 at 7:00pm.
The Planning Commission meets at City Hall Council Chambers.
San Clemente City Hall is located at 100 Avenida Presidio.

Proposed discussion items include the following:
410 Arenoso Lane – Tentative Tract Map 14-354 – Reef Pointe Villas (Nicholas)
A request to consider a condo map for a five unit project under construction at 410 Arenoso Lane within the High Density Residential (RH-A) of the Pier Bowl Specific Plan.
400, 410, 470, 500, and 510 Camino De Estrella – Architectural Permit
A request to consider Phase II of the façade and site enhancements for the Estrella Shopping Center including the old Big Lots building and the two standalone tenant buildings within the Community Commercial (CC2) zoning designation. Signage is not part of this approval.
203 North El Camino Real – Amendment to Conditional Use Permit 07-520 – Rocco Restaurant Expansion (Jones)
A request to consider allowing a full range of alcohol for on-site consumption and a shared off-site parking agreement to allow the expansion of the restaurant to 47 seats. The restaurant is located at 203 North El Camino Real within the Mixed-Use zoning district, and within the Architectural and Central Business Overlays (MU3-CB-A).
