The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee meets tonight, Monday January 5 2015 at 6:00pm.
The Committee meets at Laguna Beach City Council Chambers at Laguna Beach City Hall.
Laguna Beach City Hall is located at 505 Forest Avenue.
Scheduled discussion items include the following:
2942 Terry Road – The applicant requests Heritage Committee approval to place the structure on the City’s Historic Register as a “K” rated property. The property is listed as a “K” rated structure on the City’s Historic Inventory. A historic assessment has not been provided however, the historian’s recent draft survey recommends that the home continue to be listed as “K” rated structure.
1401 and 1391 South Coast Highway – The applicant requests Heritage Committee review for a concept design of a “C” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register. The applicant also requests that the Committee evaluate the potential to upgrade the property to a “K” rated structure on the Historic Register.
