The Laguna Beach Board of Adjustment/Design Review Board meets today, Thursday January 22 2015 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Proposed discussion items include:
PUBLIC WORKS – COASTAL ACCESS AMENITIES REHABILITATION PROJECT, THIRD STREET, OAK STREET, MOUNTAIN ROAD AND AGATE STREET ENDS DESIGN REVIEW 14-1974, COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT 14-1973 AND A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION, LAST HEARD 11/20/14 (SECOND HEARING)
The City of Laguna Beach Public Works Department requests design review and a coastal development permit to construct beach accessway improvements within the public right-of-way.
Improvements include new stairs, viewing platforms, pathway lighting, irrigation and landscaping.
Some of the locations have been staked with story poles where new improvements will be more than five feet above grade.
