The St. Regis Monarch Beach is hosting a Vegetable Tasting Menu launch today, Thursday January 22 2015 at 5:30pm.
The event will be at Stonehill Tavern.
The St. Regis is located at One Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point.
Today is the launch of Chef Raj Dixit’s new Vegetable Discovery Tasting Menu.
The menu will be highlighting fresh seasonal produce from the central coast of California.
Dishes will be prepared using elevated cooking techniques.
From beets and black truffles to turnips and wild mushrooms, the dinner will feature a series of amuse bouche, tastes, specialty dishes and dessert inspired by the region’s harvest.
Diners will be treated to live music, raw produce displays and decor, interactive stations from local purveyors, and more.
The Vegetable Discovery Tasting Menu is $125 per person with optional beverage pairings for $75, available through March 31, 2015.
