The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets tonight, Wednesday March 25 2015 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Rasta Taco is seeking approval to establish a take out restaurant in Laguna Beach.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
Conditional Use Permit 15-0189 and Planning Commission Design Review 15-0345 to establish a take-out restaurant (Rasta Taco) specializing in Mexican food located in the CBD-1 Resident Serving District, and to install a pass-thru window and trash enclosure at 170 Beach Street (previously Lightning Bolt Foods).
This proposal is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19 (Categorical Exemptions), Section 15301(a) (Existing Facilities), Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and Section 15311 (Accessory Structures).
