The Council meets at Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.

ALISO CREEK ESTUARY RESTORATION PROJECT COORDINATION
Brief presentation regarding developing a restoration plan of the Aliso Creek Estuary.
Recommendations: Receive a presentation from Ed Almanza and determine whether or not to support the project.
