UPDATE at 7:23pm.
Laguna Canyon Road closed until 2:00am.
Traffic Alert by the city of Laguna Beach at 5:07pm Monday May 11 2015:
Laguna Canyon closed in both directions.
Closure from El Toro to Canyon Acres
Alert to remain in effect for the next 3 hours.
Closure due to cables down.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
You need to care more about people & should have a digital board (&U do have them) and another on exit of toll roads that sends an INSTANT message as soon as something happens!!! Not after waiting in line for 30-40min to be told to turn around/or go the other way & go around. Its Shamful!!!!!!
