The San Clemente Library opened on time today, Monday July 27 2015 for their scheduled soft opening.
The San Clemente Library has just finished a extensive remodel this past year.
The Library closed in June of 2014 to accommodate a 14,000 square foot remodel.
The Orange County Public Library system transported a Mobil Hub to Vista Hermosa Sports Park during some of the San Clemente Library closure time.
The San Clemente Library successfully past the required inspections this morning and was able to open their doors as scheduled.
The landscaping surrounding the Library is still being finished.
The library has a more logical design flow for the public to enjoy.
The main floor section is light and bright.
There are twenty computers for public use in the main section of the Library.
If you bring your own computer, there is free Wi-Fi available.
The San Clemente Library which is part of the Orange County Public Library system has a extensive collection of books, dvds and magazines.
The Friends of the Library new location is adjacent to the front of the Library.
Newly installed community fundraising tiles surround the courtyard around The Friends of the Library location.
THe official grand re-opening event is scheduled for Saturday August 29 2015.
