Laguna Beach Festival of the Arts today, Wednesday August 12 2015 features

The Festival of the Arts one of the nation’s oldest and most highly acclaimed juried fine art shows.

Laguna Beach Concert Band Performing at 5:30pm.

Youth Art Ceramics

11:00am to 12:00pm

Want to get your hands dirty? Learn how to create and decorate with clay!
More than just pottery, kids can create bowls, animals, flip-flops, and much more in one of the Festival’s most popular classes.
Reserve your space early, these classes do fill up!

Come in one week to create the piece and come in the next to add color by glazing it.

REGISTRATION
Classes are open to children ages 5-12. $20 materials fee per child per class.

Youth Art Jewelry

1:00pm to 2:00pm

In this class, children will learn to see and paint a little of the world around us.

From far-away mountains to clouds floating by, students will receive step-by-step instructions to create their own landscape masterpiece!

There are three art festivals going on simultaneously in Laguna Beach.

Arrive early and allow extra time for parking.

All Day Public Parking:

There are 8 public parking lots in the City of Laguna Beach.

Prices : $10-15 all day with slight increases on weekends and holidays.

Meters:
The City of Laguna Beach has ample metered parking on Laguna Canyon Road and within the city streets.

Meters Pricing:

$2-3 per hour for a 3 hour maximum in the downtown area.

The meters accept most credit cards.

Parking is strictly enforced daily from 8:00am-9:00pm.
