Short Term Lodging – The Laguna Beach City Council will discuss the topic of short-term lodging (also known as vacation rentals)
The City Council will consider and provide direction to City staff regarding a draft ordinance that proposes amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 25.23, Short-Term Lodging, including a prohibition on short-term-lodging in residential zones, additional standard conditions and requirements for short-term lodging permits, and amortization and abatement of existing short-term lodging permits in residential zones.
