The Ritz Carlton-Laguna Niquel’s Annual Surfing Santa Competition is Saturday November 21 2015.
The Surfing Santa Contest contest will be at Salt Creek Beach Park located at 33333 South Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point.
The surfing starts at 8:00am.
Awards will be given out at 3:30pm.
The public is encouraged to attend and enjoy this free event.
This is a benefit for Surfers Healing.
Surfers compete for cash and prizes, with the Big Air prize being $1000.00.
Saturday is also the opening of the Holiday Surfboard Auction where unique surfboards are up for auction on-line and are displayed throughout the Ritz-Carlton through December 31 2015.
The Ritz Carlton is located at 1 Ritz Carlton Drive in Dana Point.
The Ritz Carlton Sunday Holiday Tree Lighting is Sunday November 22 2015 where local residents and resort guests kick off the holiday season.
