The San Clemente City Council meets Tuesday December 1 2015 at 6:00pm.
The City Council meets at 100 Avenida Presidio in San Clemente.
Special Presentations will include:
Holiday Serenade – Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School Student Performance
Holiday serenade by students of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School under the direction of Marion Smithson.
Election of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore
The City Clerk will conduct the election for Mayor.
The newly elected Mayor will then assume the Mayor’s seat and will conduct the election for Mayor Pro Tempore.
Presentation of Painting to the City of San Clemente
Presentation of a painting of a dive bell from artist Monte Livingston of the Living Art Gallery to the City of San Clemente.

Initiation of Zoning Amendment – Prohibit or Regulate Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Medical Marijuana Manufacturers, Marijuana Cultivation, and Delivery of Marijuana:
Receive a report on new state legislation specifically authorizing local regulation of medical cannabis uses.
Refer this item to the Planning Commission to conduct research and discussion and give direction to the Council on the development of long- term prohibitions or regulation of cannabis dispensaries, cultivation, transportation, and distribution.
