Laguna Friends of Architecture presents How Frank Lloyd Wright influenced the West, and How The West influenced FLW”Laguna College of Art and Design on December 11 2015.

Join world class architectural historian Alan Hess and a presentation on the architectural king himself, Frank Lloyd Wright.

Frank Lloyd Wright launched his career as American’s most famous architect in Chicago, but by 1920 he was drawing new inspiration and new clients in California.

The Organic Modern architecture he sowed there would come to have a tremendous influence on Modern architecture and urban development in the West throughout the twentieth century.

This event will be very well attended.

Come as early as possible.

This is a Laguna Friends of Architecture Meet Up Event.

This is a talk and slideshow presentation at LCAD Studio 12 at 6:00pm.

Wine and cheese will be served in the courtyard under the sycamore trees before the talk.
