The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee meets Wednesday December 16 2015 at 6:00pm.

Recommendations of properties for Mills Act contracts

Proposed Agenda Items Include:

405 El Camino Del Mar – The applicant requests Heritage Committee approval to place the structure on the City’s Historic Register. The property is currently listed as a “K”-rated structure on the Inventory. A historic assessment has not been provided.

22511 Allview Terrace (Hortense Miller Garden) – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and provide recommendations for Design Review for alterations to a “E”- rated structure listed on the City’s Historic Register. A historic assessment has not been provided.

452 Aster Street – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and provide recommendations for Design Review for alterations to a “K”-rated structure listed on the City’s Historic Inventory. The draft historic inventory recommends that the property be downgraded to a “C”-rating.
