Dana Point is experiencing their first Winter Storm Tuesday January 5 2016.

Areas of Dana Point is prone to flooding and sandbags are a important tool to protect erosion.

Dana Point Residents can pick up sandbags at various locations.

Orange County Fire Authority is offering free sandbags to area residents at select locations.

Dana Point Residents can pick up to 30 Sandbags (based on availability) at select OCFA locations.

City of Dana Point Community Center

For small, localized emergencies within the City of Dana Point, private residents may obtain up to 15 filled sandbags (while supplies last) per customer, per address at the Dana Point Community Center located at 34052 Del Obispo Street.

Proof of residency will be required and no sandbags will be available to commercial contractors.
