The meeting will be at San Clemente City Council Chambers at San Clemente Civic Center.

Proposed Discussion Items Include:
Public Hearing on the proposed ordinance is to provide local regulatory authority over medical marijuana uses consistent with California State law.
Public Hearing to consider removing the City’s penalties for excessive water use from the City Code and instead setting reduced volumetric penalties for excessive water use by Resolution.
Report from the Community Development Director concerning the possibility of establishing a moratorium on the establishment, permitting, and approval of short term lodging.
As of December 2015 San Clemente knows of 440 Short Term Lodging Establishments.
Second Reading of Ordinance that prohibits the Unauthorized Commercial, Organized or Instructional Activities on Public Beaches, Parks and Trails Without a Permit.
