RESCISSION OF DECISION TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE “THE SUNBATHERS” (BY LEONARD GLASSER) AND REFERRAL TO THE ARTS COMMISSION FOR NEXT STEPS Proposal to rescind a prior decision and take a new action upon a motion to permanently remove “The Sunbathers” at Nita Carmen Park.
