Laguna Outreach for Community Arts (LOCA) Eco Fashionista Event is Thursday March 24 2016.
Artist Mariana Nelson AND Artist Brad Elsberry are teaming up with you to fashion two stunning costumes out of recycled material.
This is an interactive event allows those in attendance to help construct garments that will then be featured at LOCA’s April fundraiser, a circus themed extravaganza called One Thin Dime.
Mariana and Brad are both winners of the popular Festival of Arts fashion show featuring recycled garments.
