The San Clemente Short Term Lodging Unit Permit Application Workshop is Tuesday March 29 2016.
The City of San Clemente will conduct Short Term Lodging Unit (STLU) Permit Application Workshops for interested parties.
The goal of these workshops is to provide a comprehensive overview of the application process for obtaining an STLU permit.
The workshop will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 100 Avenida Presidio in San Clemente.
On February 16, 2016 the City Council adopted new regulations regarding STLU’s throughout the City.
The new regulations identify changes that need to be made with regard to all rentals in an effort to minimize the nuisance issues associated with these properties and their impact on residential neighborhoods.
These regulations are outlined in City Ordinance No. 1617, which goes into effect on March 17, 2016.
