Orange County Property Tax Payment Deadline is Monday April 11 2016.
Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector Shari Freidenrich reminds Orange County property owners that the second installment of property taxes is due no later than Monday April 11 2016.
The 2nd Installment becomes delinquent at close of business on Monday, April 11, 2016.
Whenever the delinquent date (normally April 10th for 2nd installment) falls on the weekend, taxpayers have until the following business day to pay the taxes without penalty.
Mailed payments must be postmarked on or before this date with a U.S. Postmark.
Payments must be completed on their website by midnight on April 11 to be considered timely.
All late payments will be charged a 10% delinquency penalty plus a $23 fee.
