The Laguna Beach Upscale Grocer welcomed the Laguna Beach Community to Gelson’s newest store.

Eager Laguna Beach residents waited in a long line that reached into the Gelson’s underground parking lot.
The wait was awarded with free gifts, free food samples and a first look at the newest high end Grocer in the South OC Beaches.
The store had all that you expect from the quality minded Gelson’s.
Gelson’s trademark Customer Care was at the forefront of the opening.
Food Items Include: Sushi Bar, Salad Bar, Deli, Butchers Meat Department, Fresh Fish, Fresh Produce, Quality Wines, Organic Meats, Organic Produce, Fresh Bakery Items, produce on the go.
Gelson’s in store Bakeries are are often run by an outside Bakery.
Gelson’s Laguna Beach has a Gelson’s Brand Bakery.
A Gelson’s Bakery Representative told SouthOCBeaches “that they are hoping that their customers will enjoy the Gelson’s brand.
The Gelson’s Bakery signature Chocolate Chip cookies are enjoyed by their customers.”
Gelson’s upscale Grocery Store is located at 30922 South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.
The Store is across the street from the World Famous Montage Resort.
The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce celebrated with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
The first 200 people in line received gift bags.
The opening is part of Gelson’s plans, announced last year, to buy and relaunch eight Haggen grocery-store properties in Southern California.
Haggen employees who worked at Laguna Beach prior to closing were able to retain their seniority and pay grades.
