Today’s meeting will focus on Sustainable Gardening Pest Control Solutions in Your Garden.
The San Clemente Garden Club meets at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew’s Methodist Church located at 2001 Calle Frontera in San Clemente.
Learn ways for effective pest control from Master Gardener Joan Whithorne.
Joan will give us multiple techniques that are the least toxic for our gardens and homes.
She’ll also give us the latest information on a variety of methods to keep those bad pests away and encourage beneficial insects while protecting the environment.
Joan has been a Master Gardener since 2007.
She is also past president of the Toastmaster Gardeners of Orange County and active in the UCCE Master Gardener Speakers Bureau.
She is the Lead Master Gardener at Casa Romantica , a member of the Talega Garden Club and serves on the Talega Landscape Committee.
