The winners of the annual Laguna Beach Banner Competition have been selected.
The winners of the Laguna Beach 2016 Banner Competition are: Yvette Lapayese, John Carlyle, Carole Boller, and Ginger Valentino.
The winning banners will be installed at Main Beach and displayed throughout the summer.
The banners will then be added to the City’s permanent banner collection and mounted throughout the City each summer season.
Orange County Adult Artists were provided with banner material on which to paint original art work.
